The Dynaweld Double Chain Clamp is an extra heavy-duty clamp for aligning and reforming large-diameter pipes and vessels from 10" up to 240" (20 ft / 6 m). It reforms pipe up to Schedule 80 and, where no reforming is needed, aligns pipe over Schedule 80. Heavy-duty jackbars and main blocks handle the most demanding reforming jobs, and the joint can be fully welded with the clamp in place. Choose the size range you need from the Size menu.
Key features
- Pipe sizes 10" to 240" (larger sizes on request)
- Reforms to Sch 80; aligns over Sch 80 when no reforming is needed
- Precise alignment of both pipe ends, within 0.5 mm
- Reforms both sides of the weld joint to remove Hi-Lo
- Heavy-duty jackbars with independently pivoting jackscrews for uneven surfaces
- Supplied with a torque wrench for the correct reforming pressure
- Aligns elbows, tees & flanges with the optional level & support device
- Joints can be fully welded with the clamp in place
