The Dynaweld Hand Lever Cage Clamp lines up two pipe ends in seconds with a single pull of its hand-lever toggle. Clamps are made to suit individual pipe diameters, from 2" up to 60". The clamp holds pipe in line through Schedule 80; it is designed for alignment work and is not intended to re-form pipe. Crossbars come flat for tack welding or arched for no-tack welding, and optional wedges add even more flexibility on site.
A ratchet version of the external cage clamp is also available. Its ratchet mechanism adds extra clamping strength for large-diameter pipe, from 6" to 60". Each clamp is hinged for easy placement on the pipe.

- Tack: flat, flared crossbars. Tack-weld, remove the clamp, then finish the weld.
- No-tack: arched crossbars leave the joint clear for a full 360° weld with the clamp in place.
