Dynaweld manual pipe cutters cover every pipe cutting need from 1" to 36" across two technologies — hinged pipe cutters for smaller diameters and rotary pipe cutters for large-diameter work. All models produce cold cuts with no sparks, no debris and no heat, making them ideal for hazardous environments, noise-free zones, and confined spaces where hot-work permits are not available.

Where They Are Used
In ditches, underwater, overhead, and in pipe racks — no restriction on orientation. Used for pipeline tie-ins and repairs, plant maintenance in live areas, food-grade and hygienic pipework, and any site with no electrical or fuel supply. Fully manual and field-portable — carry it anywhere.
Four Cutter Families — 1" to 36"
Hinged Pipe Cutters
Hinged frame clamps around the pipe, cuts with just 90–110° rotation for tight quarters. For steel, cast iron and stainless. Lightweight and portable.
Low Clearance Rotary Cutters
Low-profile ring cutter needs only 127mm (5") clearance. Slip-on handle, 45° rotation. Cold cut large-diameter steel and stainless in close quarters.
Rotary Pipe Cutters
For 18–26" pipe with only 5" clearance. Long-handle leverage snaps pipe squarely before wheels penetrate halfway. 45° minimal rotation.
Heavy Rotary Pipe Cutters
Ratchet split design for 28–36" steel pipe. High-strength heat-treated alloy blades. Neat weld-prep cuts without additional grinding.

H10S and larger models accept optional thick-wall cutting wheels for pipe walls up to 19.05mm — simply change 2 rollers to the thick-wall wheels for heavy-wall pipe cutting.
